What is Kombucha? (kom-boo-cha)


Kombucha is a fermented tea, listed as a top 10 of natural probiotics with additional health benefits.  Kombucha promotes healthy digestive system, weight loss, and increased energy along with adding essential nutrients and bacteria to boost your immune system and cleanse your body.

Kombucha is a fermented tea made from black tea, and sugar, the a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) converts all the sugar into healthy bacteria or probiotics.   

Our Kombucha is then fermented a second time to create carbonation and flavor.  Kombucha is a perfect soda replacement.

Begin drinking 4-6 ounces a day until your body adjusts and then enjoy.  

Kombucha will continue to ferment if not refrigerated, and can build up carbonation so be gentle and do not shake.  Each batch will have different characteristics, therefore each jar will have subtle differences.
